- Get a REAL ALARM CLOCK instead of MOBILE ALARM
- Have meals a phone-free zone

- Delete all unnecessary and rarely used apps

- TURN OFF the notifications

- Focus on person to whom you talk and don't use mobile until you finished

- Plan a PHONE FREE hours in a day and PHONE FREE day in a week and strictly follow (inform to others about that to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings)
- Don’t use your phone in bed and keep it away
